Melyo Player is made for the remote control on Samsung (2019 and newer) and LG webOS (2018 and newer) smart TVs.
Note: the Samsung and LG apps are finished and waiting for approval in the Samsung and LG app stores. They appear in the stores as soon as they are approved. Until then, open melyo.app in your TV's web browser, sign in to your account and use the Web Player.
Melyo Player is a player only: it does not provide any channels or content. You add your own playlist (M3U or Xtream Codes) from your provider.
Steps
- Samsung: open the app store
On your Samsung Smart TV open Apps, choose the search icon and type "Melyo Player". - LG: open the LG Content Store
On your LG webOS TV open LG Content Store, search for "Melyo Player". - Install and open
Press Install, then Open. The app registers your TV automatically and starts a free trial; your Device ID is shown on the screen. - Add your playlist
Scan the QR code on the TV with your phone to open your account and add your M3U link or Xtream Codes login. Or open Settings › Add Playlist on the TV and type it with the on-screen keyboard. - Watch
Choose a category on the left and press OK on a channel. Up/Down changes channel, number keys jump to a channel, Right opens audio and subtitles. Hold OK for favorites and lock.
